Meals by Matt
But first—Matt is a hungry boy.
Guy Fieri, I’m coming for your job.
I’ve always loved to cook. I’m also a competitive bastard.
So I started taking cooking classes at NYC’s Institute of Culinary Education in May 2024 to up my game, learn more about food, impress my friends and family (and you) with my culinary chops, and—duh—to eat well.
Here’s an ever-expanding collection of some things I’ve made at home.
Please enjoy—and try not to drool on your screen.
